The goals of the NorCAL Wax Chapter are to: build connections while working collectively to create exhibition opportunities, educate ourselves through shared resources and field trips, and help each other grow artistically and professionally through speaking events, art critiques, and other experiences. Our members’ encaustic skills vary from beginner to advanced, and everywhere in between.

We meet twice monthly via Zoom and in-person. Our optional in-person meetings happen most months, and consist of many different activities including, but not limited to (an): artist's social meet-up, studio or gallery visit, art opening, artist talk or a painting demonstration. NorCAL Wax takes a hiatus from all of meetings in July & August. Annual membership is: $30.
